Description

Suite Jade of 44 m2 and 20 m2 private terrace on the front side with lounge chairs, on the other side a small terrace with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, combi-oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining table, etc. Double bed 1.80 x 2.00 or 2 separate beds, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, wardrobe.

The suites are made for 2 people, however, by using the sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00, 1 or 2 people can book extra at an extra cost. Sofa with coffee table or sofa bed, free Wifi and ftat screen TV ready to streaming. TV can be rotated to the sleeping area or the living room.

Stayed at Suites Sunny Hill for a few weeks. We were tired of the rain. I brought my work with me and was able to work very well online in the apartment but also in the common room. Friendly hostess. Nice employee, every question was not too much for her. We will definitely do this again, we came home completely without stress. Excellent service.

Terms & Conditions

The guest rooms are owned and managed by the Verbeeten family. The B&B Suites Sunnyhill, called the property manager. In some cases, the manager can have another host or hostess or representative replace the guest. These general terms and conditions / house rules apply to all users of B&B Suites Sunnyhill. These Terms and Conditions come into force with the confirmation of the reservation. Upon request, a copy of these Terms and Conditions will be provided to users free of charge. Our B&B Suites Sunnyhill is less suitable for small children. (Adult only)

Reservation:

When making a reservation, the number of people who will spend the night at the B&B Suites Sunnyhill must always be stated correctly. The rooms are suitable for a maximum occupancy of 4 people. (double bed + sofa sofa bed)  It is not allowed to stay and/or stay in the suite with more than 4 people. and house rules apply. The host or hostess can deny and/or refuse guests access to B&B Suites Sunnyhill with immediate effect, in the event of a violation of these General Terms and Conditions/house rules and in the event of inappropriate behaviour, without further notice or reasons, without reimbursement of the accommodation costs.

The reservation can be made by telephone or by email. After receipt we will send you a confirmation of the reservation and your reservation is final. The balance of your booking  must be 50% upon reservation, the other 50% 1 week before arrival or cash on arrival.

In case of violation of the and/or maximum occupancy indicated on the reservation form, B&B Suites Sunnyhill will charge 100% of the applicable overnight rate per violation, in addition to the accommodation costs already due.

Visitors:

If you wish to receive guests, we would like to be informed.

Checking in:

In principle, check-in is possible from 14.00 hours. A different time can be arranged in consultation with the host/hostess. Check-in is preferably before 21.00 hours

In any case, indicate at least 1 day before arrival at what time you expect to arrive and call the host/hostess on the day of arrival 30 minutes before arrival. This way there is certainly someone present and you do not have to wait unnecessarily. For example, you can also arrive earlier to put down your luggage and collect the key. Before checking in you can report to our reception, “the pearl” also breakfast room.

Checking out:

This is possible between 8 am and 12 am on the day of departure. Depending on the occupancy, a different check-out time may apply in consultation with the host. However, the guideline remains 12 hours.

Key management:

On arrival you will receive 2 keys from the host/hostess (front and back suite) intended for your stay. You must take care of closing the doors of your suite and switching off the lighting and air conditioning yourself.

When checking out, please return the key to the host.

Lose key:

If you lose a key, B&B Suites Sunnyhill will charge you € 200.

Breakfast:

We make sure that breakfast is ready for you every morning. Breakfast is reserved in the breakfast room so that you can enjoy it in peace.

Bed linen and towels:

At B&B Suites Sunnyhill, towels and bed linen are changed on request. The costs of this are included in the price.

Guarantee hygiene:

It is not allowed to sleep on the beds in the suites without sheets and pillowcases.

In the event that non-removable stains in the mattress, bedspread, pillows or towels occur during the stay (overnight stay), B&B Suites Sunnyhill will charge the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs for replacing the materials to the guest.

Prices:

The prices include water, heating, air conditioning, VAT, free use of TV, WiFi and free parking on the grounds of the B&B Suites Sunnyhill.

In the unlikely event that the services such as TV and/or WiFi do not function or do not function properly during the stay at B&B Suites Sunnyhill, this does not entitle the customer to a refund of all or part of the room price due.

The rates do not include the costs of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other costs. Rates of the B&B Suites Sunnyhill are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes. All statements on our website are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. B&B Suites Sunnyhill is not bound by obvious errors on its website.

Cancellation:

Terms of payment:

In the event of late payment, default interest is due by operation of law and without a reminder having to be sent at an interest rate of 10% per annum, also to be increased by a fixed compensation of 10% (this compensation cannot amount to less than € 40. )

Portuguese law applies. The courts where the B&B Suites Sunnyhill is located have jurisdiction to hear any dispute.

Parking:

You can park your car for free in the designated parking area on the site. If the parking lot is full, the host/hostess  will show you another place on the site to park. Parking is only allowed for the duration of the stay. Bicycles can also be parked for free. Parking on the grounds of the B&B Suites Sunnyhill is at your own risk. B&B Suites Sunnyhill is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.

Sound:

B&B Suite Sunnyhill asks its guests to refrain from loud noises in their rented accommodation and general areas. All music and other noise produced in any way must be adjusted to room strength, so that no noise nuisance arises for other guests and local residents, it is prohibited in any case from 10 pm in the evening to 7 am in the morning. We ask guests to take into account noise nuisance in the entrance and on the terraces.

Pets:

Only in consultation.

Smoking:

At B&B Suites Sunnyhill, smoking is prohibited in the suites and the general area (breakfast room). In consultation you can smoke on the terrace, provided that this does not bother others and safety is not compromised. During smoking, the doors and windows of the suite must be closed. The terrace must remain free of cigarette butts. Butts must therefore be left in the designated butt bin. The misuse of fire/extinguishing equipment or disabling the smoke detector is not permitted.

Alcohol and (soft) drugs:

Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to possess, use and/or deal in drugs at B&B Suites Sunnyhill. Police are always called in.

Internet:

B&B Suites Sunnyhill offers a WiFi guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are of an unlawful nature or that are inconsistent with the reputation of B&B Suites Sunnyhill as a provider of the accommodation. Upon detection or suspicion of nuisance from third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, B&B Suites Sunnyhill has the right to block or not completely block access to the internet without further notice.

Injury:

B&B Suite Sunnyhill is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that You have or experience during Your stay at B&B Suites Sunnyhill.

If damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings during your stay, you must inform the host/hostess. Any costs to return it to its original condition will be charged. The cleaning or replacement of floor, linen, induction plate, kitchen unit, oven and interior as a result of damage will be charged to you.

The manager of the B&B Suites Sunnyhill is not liable for loss of personal property and personal injury.

Complaints:

Of course we do our utmost to offer our guests a carefree and unforgettable stay. If, despite our good care, there is a complaint, we would like to hear about it on the spot so that we can solve it immediately.
